APPOINTMENTS
Some appointments require a deposit via credit card to book online and the balance of payment is due at the time of service
A Client Consent Form will be required for new services
LATE POLICY
Appointments will start and end at the specified time and the price will be due in full
CANCELLATIONS/Rescheduling
24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment is required
If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 50% charge for the missed or rescheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file
NO-SHOWS
You will forfeit any deposit and the remainder of the service cost will be charged to the card on file
CHILDREN/GUESTS
Sublime Lash Studio does not permit children or guests in the studio
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact the studio within 48 hours to receive a complimentary assessment/fix
All services are non-refundable
